Well I want to share with everyone a little glimpse of our lives thru Adrian. I have decided to write a blog about Adrian I hope everyone enjoys it please read below.
Today is Christmas Eve! Just yesterday felt like we started the year 2015 and 2016 is fast approaching. In the beginning of December, the children start getting excited about Christmas; you hear Christmas music in the malls and on the radio stations. Everyone begins to prepare for the festivities that are quickly approaching. I remember on one particular day that someone asked what do you want for Christmas. As everyone mentioned something they liked, I kept quiet because no one would understand the thing that I would most love to have. Our son Adrian is five years old and has yet to speak to me. Sometimes I feel he is in a different place. For once, I would love to be included in his world, to hear his voice, to have a conversation with him, and hear some of the silly things that he might say. Many people complain that their child talks too much, or “Can you believe what my child said to me today?”. But God has other plans. As a matter fact, God has taught me so much with my son, Adrian. God gives me winks to remind me that He is in control. For example, the other morning Adrian was having a rough time, crying as we were trying to figure out what he wanted. I asked him if he was hungry and he nodded his head “yes”, so I proceeded to make him breakfast. He noticed what I was doing, so he sat at the table to eat. Unfortunately, he had to eat by himself since we were running late and the twins needed to eat as well. Once I finished feeding the twins, I checked on Adrian and he had finished his breakfast by himself. So I told him thank you in sign language and he came up to me grabbed my face gently gave me a kiss on my cheek. We made eye contact for a moment and for a second I felt like nothing was wrong, and like everything was normal. Moments like these I treasure more than anything else. As we celebrate with our families this Christmas, let’s not forget that there are people hurting. The things that we take for granted, others are longing for and will not have this Christmas. I am beyond thankful for having a healthy family, GOD’s love, and grace for us is more than what we need on a daily basis. I hope everyone enjoythis Christmas and let’s remember the real reason why we celebrate Christmas.

My name is Gail and I am a mother to three amazing children, Adrian (age 8) and a set of twins Aby & AJ (age 4). I have been married to my best friend for almost 13 years and I’m so thankful God blessed me with a supportive, loving man after God’s own heart. Our family is blessed in so many ways and to even describe how thankful we are for His love and grace is beyond words. One of our favorite verses that we love is.. “But seek first the kingdom of GOD and His righteousness, and all these things shall added to you” – Matthew 6:33.
